Dispensing medicine is a clinical act, not a retail transaction
Most online medicine sellers are storefronts with a warehouse behind them. We are the opposite: a pharmacy that happens to have a website. The clinical decision comes first and the order follows from it, never the other way round.
That distinction shapes everything. Our prescribers can and do decline requests when a treatment is not appropriate, when the dose asked for is unsafe, or when a symptom needs investigating by a GP rather than medicating. We would rather lose a sale than dispense something we cannot stand behind.
Every medicine we hold comes through MHRA-licensed UK wholesalers, with batch traceability from delivery to dispatch. Nothing is drop-shipped, parallel-imported through unverified channels, or bought on the grey market.

Some treatments we will not supply online
Certain categories of medicine are not suitable for supply through an online consultation, and national guidance restricts how they can be prescribed at a distance. Where that applies we will say so and point you to your GP or a face-to-face service.
Your GP should know
With your consent we can notify your GP about treatment supplied, so your medical record stays complete and other clinicians can see what you are taking.
