Who can order
You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to order from us. We may ask you to confirm your age and identity, and we may refuse or cancel an order where we cannot reasonably satisfy ourselves on either point.
You must give accurate information about your health, your symptoms and any medicines you already take. Withholding or misstating information can make a supply unsafe, and it is the single most common reason a prescriber declines a request.
Prescription-only medicines
Many of the treatments listed on this site are prescription-only medicines (POMs). Adding a POM to your basket does not order the medicine. It begins a request, which is only fulfilled if:
- you complete the health questionnaire in full and truthfully;
- a prescriber registered with the appropriate UK professional body reviews your answers; and
- that prescriber concludes the treatment is clinically appropriate for you.
The prescriber may contact you for more information, may recommend a different treatment or dose, or may decline to prescribe at all. A declined request is a clinical decision, not a customer-service outcome, and it is not something we will overturn on request.
Certain categories of medicine are not suitable for supply following an online consultation, and national guidance restricts how they may be prescribed at a distance. Where that applies we will tell you and direct you to your GP or a face-to-face service.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Prescription-only medicines are generally exempt from VAT; where VAT is charged it is shown before you pay.
We take payment when you place your order. If a prescriber declines your request, we refund the cost of the medicine in full to the original payment method. Where a consultation fee is charged separately it is shown clearly before checkout.
We try to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a pricing error before dispatch we will contact you and give you the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.

Returns and cancellation
Your cancellation and return rights, and the safety-based limits on returning medicines, are set out in our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Using this website
You may not misuse this website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, or placing orders you do not intend to pay for. We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.
All content on this site, including text, product information, photography and the site design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses arising because you gave us inaccurate information.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. If you are not satisfied with our response you may raise the matter with the General Pharmaceutical Council, which regulates pharmacies in Great Britain.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
